The Red Cross Day is celebrated every year

prioritizing the most urgent.


Neutrality order to maintain the confidence of all

the Movement may not take part in hostilities

and at any time in controversies of political,

racial, religious or ideological.


Independence: The Movement is independent. Auxiliary

public authorities in the humanitarian and

subject to the laws governing their respective countries,
